Capability Psychology & Wellness Co is growing and we’re looking for skilled,
compassionate, and collaborative clinicians to join our expanding team in Springwood, QLD.
We are currently welcoming applications from:
- Provisional Psychologists (who work with children and adolescents aged 5-18 years)
- Psychologists (generally registered, clinically endorsed, or clinical registrars)
- Occupational Therapists (paediatric or mental health focused)
- Speech Pathologists (early intervention and developmental support focus)
About the Role
We offer flexible contractor roles, ideally starting at 3+ days per week, with the opportunity to
increase over time.
We are especially seeking clinicians with experience in working with children, adolescents, and
families. You’ll have the option to focus on therapy, assessments, or a mix — depending on your
professional interests and strengths.
You’ll be supported with full-time admin, beautiful consulting rooms, in-house referrals, a
collaborative multidisciplinary team, and flexibility to shape your caseload.
