We’ve recently expanded into a beautiful 8-room clinic in South Brisbane, featuring natural light, sensory-friendly spaces, and a unique nature-based therapy garden. Here, therapy feels less clinical and more connected, especially for our younger clients who thrive in movement-rich, hands-on environments.
Our multidisciplinary team offers:
Whether you’re seeking support for neurodiversity, anxiety, emotional regulation, developmental delays or simply a space to feel understood. We’re here with clarity, compassion, and evidence-informed care.
At Capability, every client is welcomed exactly as they are and supported to grow into who they’re becoming.

At Capability Psychology, every therapy journey is shaped by compassion, inclusion, and deep respect for neurodiversity. We meet every client where they are — without judgment — and build safe, empowering relationships that foster trust and meaningful change.
We are:
From sensory-friendly rooms to gentle transitions and nature-based sessions, everything we do is designed to create a space where clients feel safe to grow.

At Capability Psychology, we provide a warm, neuroaffirming space where families, children, teens, and adults can access a wide range of therapeutic supports — all in one calm and welcoming location in South Brisbane.
Compassionate, evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. We support clients navigating anxiety, neurodivergence, emotional regulation, trauma, parenting stress, life transitions, and more. Whether you’re looking for ongoing therapy, short-term counselling, or NDIS reports and assessments, our team meets you with clarity, respect, and care.
Our occupational therapists support both children and adults to build practical skills, independence, and wellbeing in daily life. We offer hands-on, movement-based therapy for children (including sensory integration and motor development) and tailored adult OT to support emotional regulation, executive functioning, sensory needs, and participation in everyday roles and routines.
Support for speech clarity, language development, social communication, early feeding challenges, and more. Our speech pathologists will work closely with our psychology and OT teams to provide truly integrated care for young people.

This outdoor space supports:
Whether part of occupational therapy or a calming pre-session transition, our garden is a key part of how we create truly neuroaffirming experiences.
Our beautiful South Brisbane clinic features eight light-filled therapy rooms, sensory-aware designs, and a nature-based therapy garden, perfect for outdoor play-based sessions or gentle emotional regulation activities. We believe therapy environments should be just as therapeutic as the therapy itself.

We’re currently accepting new clients for psychology, counseling, and occupational therapy.
