Grief Counselling
Grief doesn’t move in a straight line, and there’s no “right” way to experience it. Whether you’re grieving the loss of a loved one, a relationship, your health, or another significant life change, our psychologists and counsellors offer a compassionate, unhurried space to process what you’re going through.
How We Help
Grief can bring up a wide range of emotions — sadness, anger, guilt, numbness, and sometimes relief, often all at once. We support you at your own pace, helping you make sense of your experience, find ways to carry your grief, and reconnect with meaning and support in your life.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a “normal” timeline for grief?
No — grief looks different for everyone, and there’s no set timeline. If grief is affecting your day-to-day life, support can help, whenever you’re ready to reach out.
Do I need a referral to see someone for grief?
No formal referral is required to book with us directly. If you have a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, let us know so we can confirm any Medicare rebates that may apply.
How much does grief counselling cost?
Costs vary depending on individual needs. We offer a free intake call to talk through your situation, explain your options and give you clear pricing before you commit to anything.
