Speech Pathology in Logan

New service with immediate availability. Our speech pathology team works with children and adults across Logan, from our clinic at Springwood and out in the community — at home, at kindy, or at school.

Where We Can See You

At our Springwood clinic

10 Vanessa Boulevard, Springwood QLD 4127 — with on-site parking, purpose-built therapy rooms and a full multidisciplinary team on hand.

At home, kindy or school

We travel within approximately 10km of the Springwood clinic for mobile sessions. This suits families across much of Logan, including Underwood, Slacks Creek, Daisy Hill, Priestdale, Rochedale South, Shailer Park, Loganholme, Tanah Merah, Woodridge, Kingston, Logan Central, Meadowbrook and Loganlea.

If your suburb isn’t listed, get in touch anyway — we’ll confirm whether we can reach you, or arrange clinic or telehealth sessions instead.

By telehealth

Video sessions are available and work well for many areas of speech and language support, particularly for older children, teens and adults, and for parent coaching.

Why Seeing Us In Your Own Setting Helps

Communication happens in real places — at the dinner table, in the classroom, in the playground. Working with a child in the setting where the difficulty actually shows up means strategies get built into daily life rather than staying in the therapy room.

  • Kindy and school visits — we can observe in context, work alongside educators, and make sure supports carry across the school day
  • Home visits — particularly useful for younger children, feeding and mealtime support, and families juggling siblings or transport
  • Consistency — the people around your child learn the strategies too, which is usually what makes the difference

What We Help With

We support children and adults with speech sounds and articulation, language and communication, social communication, fluency and stuttering, AAC, literacy, and feeding and swallowing. Full detail is on our Speech Pathology services page, along with the assessments we offer.

A Whole Team Behind One Referral

Communication difficulties rarely arrive on their own. Because our Springwood clinic also houses occupational therapy, child psychology and psychology assessments, families don’t need to build a team across three different providers. Around 40% of young people with mental health concerns also have a communication difficulty — having those clinicians talking to each other matters.
