Occupational Therapy in Logan

Our occupational therapy team supports children, teens and adults across Logan — from our purpose-built clinic at Springwood, and out where daily life actually happens: at home, at kindy, and at school.

Where We Can See You

At our Springwood clinic

10 Vanessa Boulevard, Springwood QLD 4127 — on-site parking, purpose-built therapy space, and a full multidisciplinary team in the same building.

At home, kindy or school

We travel within approximately 10km of the Springwood clinic, which covers much of Logan — including Underwood, Slacks Creek, Daisy Hill, Priestdale, Rochedale South, Shailer Park, Loganholme, Tanah Merah, Woodridge, Kingston, Logan Central, Meadowbrook and Loganlea.

Not sure if we reach you? Get in touch and we’ll confirm, or arrange clinic sessions instead.

Why the Setting Matters in OT

Occupational therapy is about everyday function — getting dressed, managing a morning routine, sitting through a lesson, coping with a noisy classroom. Those things happen in specific places, and seeing them in context usually tells us more than any clinic session could.

  • Home visits — we can look at the actual bedroom, bathroom or kitchen, and adjust routines and set-ups that are causing friction
  • School and kindy visits — observing in the classroom, and working with teachers on seating, sensory strategies and practical accommodations
  • Community sessions — building skills where they’re needed, whether that’s the shops, the playground or public transport

What We Help With

Our paediatric and adult OT team supports sensory processing and regulation, fine and gross motor skills, self-care and daily living skills, school readiness, executive functioning, and participation at home, school and work.

NDIS Participants

We work with plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants across Logan, and provide the assessments and reports that support plan reviews — including Functional Capacity Assessments, assistive technology reports, and progress and discharge reports. Support coordinators are welcome to refer through our online referral form.

One Team, One Referral

Our Springwood clinic also houses speech pathology, child psychology and psychology assessments. For children whose needs cross more than one discipline — which is common — that means coordinated care rather than three separate waitlists and three sets of paperwork.
