Our occupational therapy services are available for both children and adults, with a strong
focus on supporting individuals to build independence, emotional regulation, and practical
daily skills. OT can be especially helpful for neurodivergent clients, those experiencing
sensory processing differences, motor coordination challenges, developmental delays, and
difficulties with executive functioning.
Sessions are always tailored to individual needs and goals. They may take place in our
purpose-built clinic, outdoors in our sensory garden, or in familiar environments like home
or school.
